Dr. Nidhi Pai is not just a dentist, she is a visionary, an artist, and a creator of life-changing smiles. With over 25 years of experience in cosmetic dentistry, she has redefined the art of smile design by blending aesthetics, structure, and function to create smiles that not only look beautiful but also enhance facial harmony and youthful appearance: like a natural facelift.

Growing up, Dr. Pai dreamt of becoming an architect and permaculturist, designing structures that blend with the natural world. Just as architects must respect the land and its natural contours to create structures that are both beautiful and functional, Dr. Pai believes that we must enhance natural beauty instead of creating bandage solutions. She doesn’t just fix teeth: she restores balance, ensuring that every smile enhances facial structure, prevents premature aging, and maintains long-term oral health with minimal intervention.

Beyond dentistry, she is an innovator. In 2022, after years of clinical trial research, she founded ZEROBrush, a revolutionary oral care solution designed to effortlessly maintain healthy smiles. Partnering with Procter & Gamble, she transformed her vision into a reality, ensuring that her patients not only achieve their dream smiles but can maintain them for life.

One of the most heartbreaking decisions of her career was selling her beloved Palo Alto practice—a place she had built with love, dedication, and a deep connection to her patients. However, she knew she needed to step away to fully devote herself to bringing ZEROBrush to life. Now that her vision has become a reality, she is beyond excited to return to what she loves most—being with her patients, transforming smiles, and serving her community once again.

With a new practice in Del Mar and plans to open another office in Palo Alto, Dr. Pai is back with an even greater mission—not just to create beautiful smiles, but to help her patients maintain their oral health effortlessly for a lifetime.

She has previously worked at  Stanford School of Medicine's craniofacial plastics surgery and taught at the University of Washington, School of Dentistry.
